Who we are
Aerople B.V., De Entree 201, 1101 HG Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is the controller of the personal data described in this statement. You can reach us at info@aerople.com.
What we collect
This website has no contact form, no accounts and no analytics. If you email us, we receive the details you choose to include, such as your name, company and email address, and nothing else. To deliver a page, our hosting provider processes the technical data that every request carries, such as your IP address; we do not use it to identify visitors.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo if you asked for one. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries made to us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
Where it is processed
Email correspondence is stored and processed in Microsoft 365, within the European Union. This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Microsoft acts as our processor under a data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for a maximum of 90 days after receipt, then deleted, unless a business relationship has started in the meantime.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking or analytics cookies and uses no third-party tracking. For that reason, no cookie consent is requested.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing info@aerople.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
